Learning Disability Network (LDN)
The Learning Disability Network is for people who are over 18 years old with learning disabilities

The network gives news and information to people with learning disabilities and their carers
We can tell you about other services you might need

The network will send you and your family newsletters to tell you what is happening in Dudley

The Learning Disability Network keeps information about people with a learning disability
It helps plan future services and care for people with learning disabilities

We do not give people your personal details

The Learning Disability Network gets information from:
You, your parents and carers

People who help you like your
doctor and support worker

The Network wants to know
Where do you live?

Do you work or would you like to work?

Who is your doctor?

The Learning Disability Network is funded by both
Dudley Council

and Dudley Clinical Commissioning Group
