Employment Plus (Eplus)

Employment Plus are a team of staff from Dudley Council called Job Coaches who support adults with learning disabilities or people on the Autistic Spectrum

Eplus help people:

to look for a paid job

to gain work experience or trials

voluntary work

become self employed

to achieve recognised qualifications

find training opportunities

setting up social enterprises

When a job has been found the job coaches  support both the employee and employers

They can support with travel training

Advice on how benefits may be affected in getting a paid job

Support with work ethics

Advice and support is also available for parents and carers

Referrals can be made by individuals, social workers, other professionals, friends and family
